User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0
Build ID: 20120420145725

Steps to reproduce:

I opened my recent html5 development page in Firefox 12 / Windows 7 64bit Home. It's a project that heavily uses jQuery and animations and is already optimized for smooth animation (for example adding z-transform: 0 for enabling hardware acceleration on backgrounds). I tried with and without Firefox's hardware acceleration. Same result.

Actual results:

The page is not animated smoothly at all. It's very stuttering. It works fine in Firefox 12/OSX 10.6.8, Chrome Win7, Safari OSX, IE9 on the same computer.

Expected results:

Firefox should animate the layers with smooth 60 fps, synced to the screen.
