On dev the locator for the coming soon image is #soon and on production the locator is #sign. The production locator was changed yesterday from #soon to #sign without being on dev. Please update dev to match production.Since the locator is different on dev and prod, The selenium test for the page is failing.

I'm having problems merging master into dev, so I'll think about this tomorrow. Might have to recreate dev.
This should be fixed, I merged everything from master into dev.
