Details

If you go to this page, and then try to display a weather forcast for a county,
after you click the county, the forcast won't come up.
The server returns these headers:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Server: Microsoft-IIS/4.0
Date: Fri, 13 Apr 2001 06:21:58 GMT
Connection: close
Content-type: text/html

note the lack of a blank line signaling the end of the headers... Over to
