A public (outside Mozilla forum) for coordinating work for B2G QA.

Justification / Special Instructions:
We need to add Santiago (shollman) also as an admin to this group.  Santiago, unfortunately, there is too much talk of partners, OEMs etc in b2g-qa list; so there's a need to create a truly public-facing page, which you will also be admin for.  I hope this is ok.
