We have mochitest-plain running on B2G arm emulators.  test_sanityEventUtils.html fails with the following:

I/GeckoDump(  713): 58 INFO TEST-PASS | /tests/Harness_sanity/test_sanityEventUtils.html | sendString should work - string should equal string
I/GeckoDump(  713): 59 INFO TEST-PASS | /tests/Harness_sanity/test_sanityEventUtils.html | sendKey should dispatch keyPress - true should equal true
I/GeckoDump(  713): 60 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/Harness_sanity/test_sanityEventUtils.html | synthesizeMouse should work - got false, expected true
I/GeckoDump(  713): 61 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/Harness_sanity/test_sanityEventUtils.html | synthesizeMouse should still work with non-test mouse events disabled - got false, expected true
I/GeckoDump(  713): 62 INFO TEST-PASS | /tests/Harness_sanity/test_sanityEventUtils.html | synthesizeMouse should dispatch mouse event - true should equal true
I/GeckoDump(  713): 63 INFO TEST-PASS | /tests/Harness_sanity/test_sanityEventUtils.html | synthesizeMouseExpectEvent should fire click event click event target  - true should equal true

If the functionality that this test verifies is not supported in B2G, assign this to me and I'll exclude this test from the B2G test set.
