Allow override to accept about:blank in chrome.manifest

It would be quite handy if the override command in chrome.manifest would accept about:blank. For instance, you could remove about:config by simply saying: override about:config about:blank or remove private browsing: override about:privatebrowsing about:blank Warning: Cannot register non-local URI 'about:blank' for an override. You have to create a blank XUL file.

Just realized you can use data:text/html, for this which helps. It still would be cool though.
