Unable to edit wiki pages, either by using the edit button at the top or section edit buttons. This is happening for all wiki pages, check https://developer-dev.allizom.org/en-US/docs/CSS/-moz-outline-radius For the main edit page button, you are sent to a Permission denied page. Screenshot attached. If you attempt to edit an in-page section, the WYSIWYG editor opens, and there is some content from the section but not all. I think it is possible the permissions/user banning were being tested and were left on??

Wow that was totally my bad. I forgot that -dev is updated every 10-15m and we merged the code for locking the site with a default state of locking everyone out! >< I added the proper waffle flag to restore editing to everyone. But at least we know the site-locking feature works, right? ;) BTW, I don't see the "missing content" problems you're talking about? Can you highlight the area of the page with the problem? (Use Jing maybe?)

Locking the site down by default seems like a bad idea. Any chance we can invert that? It's going to bite us and new devs in the future
