Currently, we're using an old legacy hostname "ip-sms01.phx.mozilla.com". Fix this to match the modern naming scheme as evidenced by SCL3, "sms1.private.phx1.mozilla.com".

This may require adding it to DNS somewhere and CNAME'ing the old hostname forward, in which case an IT bug will be filed as blocking this.
