Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open fennec.
2. Select one by one the plugins options on/off/tap to play.
3. After selection load http://people.mozilla.org/~mverdi/mockups/youtube.html every time and try to play the iframe video.

Expected:
The iframe video behaves accordingly whit the plugins option selected.

Actual:
The iframe video can be played regardless of plugin option that is selected.
Summary: The plugins options have no effect for iframe videos → The plugins options have no effect for iframe embedded videos
This is still reproducible on:
Firefox Beta 16.0b5 (2012-09-25)
Aurora Fennec 17.0a2 (2012-09-25)
