When launching fennec in pt-PT I see the English string

mozilla-aurora/pt-PT/mobile/android/base/android_strings.dtd:<!ENTITY awesomebar_default_text "Enter Search or Address">
mozilla-beta/pt-PT/mobile/android/base/android_strings.dtd:<!ENTITY awesomebar_default_text "Enter Search or Address">

We have a translation for that from xul days, I think, 

Escreva uma pesquisa ou um endereço

taken from mobile/xul/chrome/browser.dtd, urlbar.emptytext

I don't believe this should block, but wanted to have visibility nonetheless.

I got positive feedback from maricari on #metrics that the XUL translation is good.

Given that this string is *very* on users face, we've evaluated options to either push an empty string, or the XUL string.

Opted for the xul string, and I'll do another sign-off.

Given this, marking 15/16 as affected and tracking for those releases to make sure this is followed up on.
