STR:
1) Open the Developer Toolbar
2) Give focus to the GCLI
3) Hit the Tab key

Expected results:
Focus is given to the Web Console button on the Developer Toolbar

Actual results:
The text "break" is inserted in to the GCLI. Hitting Tab multiple times will insert more "break" statements.

Tested on Nightly 2012-06-23 Win7.
