Hi!

Is there a way to change the charset=utf-8 to charset=iso-8859-1 
for this email account?

I tried changing the settings of this account to German, but it doesn't look like it made a difference. The auto-responder in German good in my Thunderbird account, but the umlaut characters do not look good in some of our German user(s) accounts. (see screenshot)

This email will go to any/all German users that email us, so we want to be sure the encoding works properly without the user having to change something on their end.
