768352 - Elements cut-off in preferences dialog for kk locale

Our Mozmill l10n tests have been shown that there are some elements which are cut-off due to the localization. As result the test cannot fire click events on some buttons because those are located outside of the window boundaries. I will attach screenshots.

Hi, which branch (nightly, aurora or beta), OS and monitor resolution was tested in these tests?

Those tests we ran for Aurora builds across OS X 10.7, Linux, WinXP, and Win7. Right now I can't say which of those platforms are affected but the one I have seen this on is Windows XP.

The screen resolution shouldn't be important here given that the preference dialog has a fixed size.

Timur, will you have time to work on those failures in the foreseeable future? Would be nice to see our tests fixed.
