Bug 768691 added some temporary backwards-compatability code to account for metlog vs non-metlog deployment. Once we finalize the metlog deployment and it's in the release tags for all our components we should remove that code.

OK, metlogified tags of server-core and server-storage are now available so we can go ahead and remove the backward-compatability hooks that we put in server-reg.
