Steps to Reproduce:
1.Surf to www.biztravel.com

Actual Results:  A dialog appears displaying the following message:

www.biztravel.com\\clogin_.dll could not be found. Please check the name and try
again.

Expected Results:  Should display the page.

Seeing this with PC Linux 2001041908.
Mozilla constructs wrong absolute URI from the relative URI.
This doesn't appear to be a problem any longer.
Tested on Linux/x86 2001052213
