The SeaMonkey team is going to release SeaMonkey 2.11 Beta 4 on Friday 29th June, and we'd like to have the main builds added to bouncer for downloads.

There is a helper script at http://hg.mozilla.org/build/braindump/file/default/releases-related/add_seamonkey_to_bouncer.sh and you can edit the vars in the file to run it where VERSION=2.11b4 and OLDVER=2.11b3, or you can manually add the relevant snippets
