Steps to reproduce: 1. Create or Edit a review of an app. 2. Before Submit it make sure that the review field has more than 150 characters and that you have add a value on rating stars. 3. After submit there is a message telling you about the limit of the 150 characters. 4. Reduce characters on review field to less than 150. What happens: When the characters are less than 150, the message "x characters left" doesn't change color (from red to black). What should happen: The message "x characters left" should change color (from red to black), as it does when there is no "Ensure this value has at most 150 characters (it has x)." message.
