Updated Flash as recommended


Actual results:

Stability issues since update ,  cannot control volume with wheel, must manually select. Videos such as youtube etc flicker. 


Expected results:

Standard update
marking invalid (we can't fix flash plugin issues and Adobe is already working on it)
