Details

Need to be able to reindex a specific document type (rather than all doctypes or nothing).
This is a nice-to-have, but the bug it was blocking was nixed, so ... we can let this languish until we need it.
Removing this from the IA tree.

I implemented this a couple of months ago. Landed in master on August 1st, 2012 in 15b6ea82f6b94ce85cbebe2a2c542f88c995a3e8
