Bug 761650 moves cron_daily_matviews into the "crontabber" cronjob manager, so we don't need this anymore.

Please remove this entry on staging (socorroadm):
00 02 * * * socorro /data/socorro/application/scripts/crons/cron_daily_matviews.sh

I'll file a separate bug for production.
