77031 - Bookmark to Iplanet's PSM should be removed from under Third-Party tools

Now that PSM is integrated with Mozilla there is no need to have a bookmark that
points to Iplanet for PSM. This bookmark is currently "Mozilla Project ->
Third-Party Tools -> Crypto - Netscape Personal Security Manager".

That webpage now only informs you that:

"Personal Security Manager is now included in the nightly Mozilla builds.      
Separate installation is no longer necessary."

The below attached patch simply removes this entry from the default bookmark file.

you might want to file a bug on UI:Design for adding a link to moz.org's
security site in the bookmarks file though.
