For Australis, the bookmarks panel will be updated with a new style: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pyhmgkdl0gebzo5/Arrow-Panels-OSX.psd

This includes:
- Styling the general popover element to light gray
- Styling the header element of the bookmarks panel to a lighter gray
- Moving the "Remove Bookmark" button to the header
- Styling the UI elements like the text fields, dropdowns, buttons, and expanded select areas
- Fixing up minor spacing issues
