Drag&Drop doesn't work. If I put the Drag&Drop components on a JFrame's 
ContentPane() instead of JApplet's ContentPane(), drag&drop works fins. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install netscape
2. install JRE1.3.0_02
3. upload the Applet and related HTML page to the webserver
4. open the HTML page using netscape
5. Drag a node from the source to the drop target
6. Release the mouse.

Actual Results:  Nothing happen. DropTarget does not received the event 
notification.

Expected Results:  The node should be added to the Drop target.

I'd be happy to upload the applet, but there doesn't seem to be an applet to 
upload.  Please provide one and re-open this bug.  Marking INVALID.
