For bug 748425, we need a way to know what featured version of a product is the default one. We can either create a new service or extend an existing service to return versions ordered with the default one as first.

Sorry Matt, forgot to mention, this is a qa- bug, there is no UI for this service yet. QA will come with bug 748425.
