While checking another issue related to yesterday's bug, I noticed that ReplayDB is using streaming replication from Master01.

Per the original design, as outlined on Mana and still in effect, ReplayDB should be using file-based replication from Master01.  This both reduces the load on Master01, and allows us to interrupt replication on ReplayDB, which is critical for doing upgrades, refresh, and risky migrations.

Please let me know what you need to know in order to get file-based replication working per the original ReplayDB spec.  Thanks!
