Everytime I build TB with disabled crashreporter I get the warning: Warning: package error or possible missing or unnecessary file: Thunderbird.app/Contents/MacOS/crashreporter.app/ (package-manifest, 583). This patch will fix this in the same way as it is allready for Firefox.
