We should have a process that checks slavealloc comment bugs.
If the bug in question is no longer open, we should be notified.

Creating this bug because I'm clearing out massive numbers of old slavealloc comments for bugs that have been closed weeks and weeks ago.
bear, do you think this can be done with briar-patch?
I don't want to derail you unto this but I wanted to get your input. Thanks!
this would be perfect for briarpatch, I will take the bug and see where it fits on my todo list
