With KumaScript going down occasionally, it would be great to have a "Restart KumaScript" link directly in the admin panel so that we don't need to bug IT about doing it.

One way to do this indirectly (which already works) is to do a push via chief, even if you just push the same revision that's already active. One of the steps near the end is to restart Kumascript. It obviously does more than just that, but maybe that would suffice? We've had a fair bit of trouble getting Kumascript to properly stop all the way and restart up correctly. I'm not sure how feasible it would be to try and do it from within Django. Still, if a push is too much maybe we can work something else out.

Yeah, I don't think this bug, as requested, is all that feasible. We can trigger kumascript restarts through the push system, but I don't think there's a good or safe way to do it from the Django admin. Seems like trouble to grant the Django admin the right permissions to shutdown/restart other processes, and we can do it from chief (albeit a little clunkily)
