774227 - Synced tabs display does not listen for Sync account removal

Firefox Mobile Native 14.0.1 build 2
Device: HTC Desire (Android 2.2)

Scenario 1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox Mobile.
2. Tap on the Setup sync button from about:home.
3. Setup the sync account and return to the app.

Expected results:
The Sync Tabs section is displayed.

Actual results:
The sync button is removed but the Synced tabs section is not displayed unless the page is reloaded.

Scenario 2

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have sync set up with tabs from other devices.
2. Open Firefox Mobile and load about:home.
3. Minimize the app and disconnect the sync account.
4. Maximize Firefox.

Expected results:
The Sync Tabs section is hidden.

Actual results:
The sync button is readded on the page but the Synced tabs section is still displayed.

The new about:home does not feature a synced tabs section anymore.
