Can we please run 
sudo python26 /data/www/django/input.mozilla.com/reporter/manage.py update_product_details
sudo touch /data/www/django/input.mozilla.com/reporter/wsgi/reporter.wsgi
on the production server again? We're not seeing feedback for 13.0.1.

And also run:

1. sudo /data/www/django/input.mozilla.com/reporter/manage.py cron version_counter
2. sudo python26 /data/www/django/input.mozilla.com/reporter/manage.py update_index
No longer depends on: 764175, 765950
All complete, except update_index is still running. Leaving open until that's completed.

How long does the update_index job usually take? It's still running. :(

I have no idea, sorry. Bugs 764175, 765950 have the people who've done this previously.
