Build ID: 20120713134347

Steps to reproduce:

Installed FF 14

Actual results:

Favicons are not displayed anymore

Seems to be this is by purpose

Now you need another Add-on just to get back basic functionality

FF is sucking more and more. It is best to stay at a version that works and not to upgrade anymore. :-(((

Expected results:

Favicons should be displayed

Favicons are on tabs, but no longer in the location bar. Is this your problem?
See

It's the new behavior for more security, use an add-on as j.j. said if you want favicons back.

This is not a valid reason to remove the site icon from the URL bar. SSL connections can be identified by e.g. a lock icon showing a verified domain name on a yellow background.

When the 'Always show the tab bar' option is not selected and no tabs are open, the site icon is not displayed at all. This is an unresolved bug.
