Details
In order to put context to a tag (what is this tag for? What kind of articles does it contain?), it would be nice to put some text on the top of any https://developer-new.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/tag/xxxxyyyz article. This is very convenient and make the pages really part of the system. It is also a good place to describe the category and prevent people changing its meaning over time. Wikipedia does this. See for example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Archaeology

A related feature (also from MediaWiki) is to tag a tag, for example the tag Client error belongs to tag Status code.
By the way, I think this is an "enhancement" instead of a "defect".
