When scrolling on http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18977084 I am getting quite a few pauses. It happens more often when scrolling over the bar chart image on the page.
Using a Nexus S with Android 4.0.4 built from revision http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/ef20925bc2a5

Not seeing any jank on that page on latest nightly on a nexus 4, and there doesn't appear to be a bar chart on it any more either. Closing as wfm but feel free to reopen if you still see it.
