This is a follow-up to bug 747990. App developers sometimes ask "how do I know whether I'm in webRT or a browser?" But they are really asking things like "do I need to display navigational controls?"

We should produce a "feature detection" document detailing the answers to all the "real" questions behind "how do I know whether I'm in webRT or a browser?", so we can use it to stop people doing dodgy detection which will break later.
