Details

People are putting media files directly on their sdcard at the root level.  When the gaia apps look in /pictures/, it is empty.  We must expose 'sdcard' so that gaia application can scan all media files on the sdcard.

If this is implemented, then this bug doesn't need to be

So how would this work on the desktop?  If a gallery app is running on B2G it uses "sdcard" but if it is running on a regular computer it uses "pictures"?
