Details

When selecting PSM dialog from menu, the dialog doesn't open. Error message in 
standart output is as follows

PSM dialog doesn't open by clicking the lock image too. 

I don't know the version of PSM, unfortunately. It is included with latest-0.9
trunk build. 

I am running Debian Potato + Ximian Gnome 1.4.
