Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1
Build ID: 20120713134347

Steps to reproduce:

I copied my profile folder from old install (which was WinXP 32bit) to a new installation (which is Win2008 64bit).

Actual results:

Every site that checks User-Agent offers me 32 bit downloads for WinXp (nvidia drivers web site, adobe reader etc).

Expected results:

firefox.exe should query OS info every time on start up and use that instead of some cached data. For now it says that I'm
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1

but win2008 has to be nt 6.1
Copying your profile caused this. Try resetting any useragent options in about:config.

If that does not work use the following directions to reset your profile https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems
