When clicking on the "Help Articles" link from the top nav, the user is taken to a topic listing page. It is just that, it lists all the topics in the specified display order.

The page will live at /<locale>/topics

This isn't mocked up yet, or I don't see it in the redesign bug yet? I am assuming it will be 6 topics at the top in boxes with the icons and then a list of the rest below (kind of like the product landing page).

Bram: will you be providing a mockup?
