78411 - Flicker in message pane using modern3 theme

After the modern 3 landing yesterday, I'm seeing a flicker when displaying
messages in the message pane. Click on a message and the message body changes to
a a grey background and then we load the message body on top of it.

It's almost like we are loading about:blank between messages again.

btw, using classic I don't see the flicker. Using a build from Monday morning
before the landing, I don't see the flicker either.

I've seen the flicker for some time now, I'm sure this is not themes related.
(Something for sspitzer?)

Looks pretty smooth to me - this bug should go away.  I'll let Scott or Seth do
the honors if they feel this really isn't a problem.  If it is a problem, I
doubt it's theme-dependent.

No flicker here, with all of today's build (5-30) on my mac, linux or windows
2000 boxen.
