784547 - UX design guideline labels and landing page

Right now the some labels are clickable and some aren't, which lack consistency. 
Have already spoken with Jen on this issue.

1) Collapse the "Design Pattern" section
- delete the "navigation" and "layout" subsections
- Clicking on the "Design Pattern" label goes to this page:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/Design_Guidelines/Intro_to_responsive_design

2) Make the x-tag label clickable and go to a simple landing page
For layout suggestion, please see p.3 of the attached document.


3) Can we change the label from "Design Principles" to "User Experience Design Principles" (would the label be too long?)

for 3) I'd suggest 'UX Design Principles' since that is shorter

Let's stick with "Design Principles" instead of "UX Design Principles". I want to avoid using abbreviation that might not be familiar to some people. So no change. Yay!
