The old IPC::URI code is fragile and unsafe, just like bug 782649. Removing it all here. Once that was gone nsIIPCSerializableObsolete was no longer used and so that has been removed as well. Chris, I just need review from you on ipc/ipdl bits. Kyle, you get the rest :)
