The goal is to reuse the class nsIMsgComposeProgress for other place than msg
compose like offline synchronization. For that we need to move this class into
mailnews/base and make it more generic.

make sure the compose progress has an nsIMsgWindow so that we can get things
like imap progress on fcc.

and I have changed the API OpenDialog to use a nsISupports for passing
