Details

(Whiteboard: [blocking-webrtandroid1-])

1) Open Firefox with no apps installed
2) Go to Apps through the options overflow menu
3) Click the marketplace link
4) Open in the app when prompted (check "Remember this setting for this site").
5) Click the home button
6) Reopen Firefox
7) Go to Apps through the options overflow menu
8) Long click the app and uninstall
9) Click the Mozilla Marketplace link (the app should auto-install).
10) Click the home button

Expected: You have 1 home screen shortcut for the app
Actual: You have 1 home screen shortcut for the app... or do you? Two are actually present but they are stacked. Click and hold to drag away the home screen shortcut and one should be revealed underneath. The process seems to be replicable ad infinitum.
Was this an ICS issue?

It was done on a Galaxy Nexus, Android 4.0.4. I don't have any non-ICS devices to try to repo on though.

We no longer add icons to the homescreen when installing apps (although the native Android installer might do so).
