Details

When text is selected in Mozilla (browser, composer, mail anywhere) it is the
windows normal white on dark blue. However when the window becomes inactive the
text selection chages to white on light gray, which is fairly hard to read on a
white background.

Where this becomes a real problem is when using the 'Find in This Page...'
dialog as the main window is inactive when the search is happening and the
colors are hard to spot & read on a white page with dark text.

Windows 'normal' is either to hide any text selection on an inactive window (IE
& Word) or, more useful for this problem, to to stay white on dark blue at all
times (Wordpad).

This is on Win2000 20010427 and has been the same on Win95 for a long while. I
assume it is the same on all windows builds.

Summary:
Text selection colors should not be affected by window focus & white on light
gray is hard to read.
this is by design, when the window loses focus and a selection had been made,
the selection remains and the selection color changes from the default color to
the pale gray.
