786511 - Icon in tabbar should indicate when chat has new messages

From looking at the tabbar, the only indication that there are new messages is that the title changes from 'Chat' to 'Chat (1)'. The corresponding icon should change too.

No. This deals specifically with the instant messaging UI, not with folders.

Andreas, how do you feel about this? Would this require a new icon, or do we already have a version of the highlighted chat icon at the size used in a tab?

No. If we have the appropriate icon, the code change required here is simple and not blocked by anything else.

We can reuse the toolbar icons for this for all 3 platforms.
