Steps to reproduce:

Register a new user.


Actual results:

Real Names don't show correctly when have diacritical marks in it. The same occurs with Quips. Example of chars: á à ê ã


Expected results:

The chars should be shown correctly.
OS: All → Windows 7
Hardware: All → x86
Make sure that the utf8 parameter is enabled. This way, everything is stored and displayed using the UTF8 encoding. Or maybe your browser is misconfigured and doesn't follow the encoding specified by Bugzilla.
