Obvious bugs after reading https://wiki.mozilla.org/Buildbot/Talos:

1. Apache is not required.
2. pageloader paths seems to bear no relation to where things actually are nowadays.
3. pages/ directory only required for tp tests.
4. run_tests.py no longer seems to be the preferred way to run things and the path is not fully specified.

...and so forth. Would it be reasonable to just replace the whole thing with a link to the wiki page?
Whiteboard: [good first bug][mentor=jhammel]
I would want to know what is needed to done in this bug.
This is to get http://hg.mozilla.org/build/talos/file/tip/README.txt on parity with https://wiki.mozilla.org/Buildbot/Talos , so basically writing a new README that makes sense. The README should reference https://wiki.mozilla.org/Buildbot/Talos . I personally don't have a strong preference as far as what other information it should contain from the wiki page, though preferably not much that will need updating much.

Other opinions welcome.
IMHO documentation should not be marked as good first bugs, so unflagging. I'm more than happy to help and take patches if people want to change.
