chelsea: Just to confirm, once the user clicks the delete link, we want a confirmation box to pop up that says "Are you sure?", right?
Yes. The confirmation should say.

"Are you sure? You will lose credit for all your clicks on this banner."
Hmmm, we only have the string "Are you sure?" localized. I'll get the other string merged for localization. Do we also have a string for a "You have successfully deleted your banner!" message?
Okay. Let's just leave it as "Are you sure?" 

I don't know about the success message. I *think* so, but I'm not 100% sure.

Verified able to delete new & existing banners, able to confirm or cancel prior to deletion.
