In the "reasons you love Firefox" field of the Facebook App, chars other then ASCII turned into question marks. Please see the attachments, I entered English, Chinese, Japanese, and Arabic chars. Should fix this before other locales join the program (and please add i18n test into QA process.)

I do not (right now) think this is an issue with the CSS. Viewing source on the page I see question marks. Additionally on dev I created a test banner "Testing japanese {? ? ? ? ? ?}" In the admin interface I see question marks, same when I edit. See screenshot. So I suspect the characters are not being saved to the DB correctly. Can you confirm if this is the case.
