tp5 is occasionally about 310 but then next run 800+.

I can, but I can't promise it will be this week.

Do all merge commits look like that in hgweb?  There are a bunch of files changed, but only Android's aboutMemory.css shows up in the diffstat.
m-i shows the problem too.

Viewing merge changesets in hgweb is a waste of time.  If you want to see the changes, you should diff against the parent which is interesting to you.
